Yes, hot air ballooning is extremely safe. All pilots are licensed professionals with thousands of flight hours, and balloons are regularly maintained to the highest safety standards.
Dress in layers as early mornings can be cool. Comfortable closed-toe shoes, long pants, and a jacket are recommended. Hats and sunglasses are also useful. The basket has high sides so you'll be standing comfortably.
Children aged 4+ are welcome. There are no strict weight limits, but please inform us in advance for basket arrangement. Passengers should be able to stand for 1 hour and climb into the basket (with assistance).
Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsuitable, your flight will be rescheduled or fully refunded. The decision is made on the morning of the flight.
